Where will my order ship from?
US, UK, Canada, Europe, Asia – your order will dispatch from Chicago IL via FedEx, USPS, or DHL.
Aus/NZ – your order will dispatch from Melbourne via Australia Post.

Will I get a tracking number?
US, UK, Canada, Europe, Asia – when your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
Aus/NZ – we currently can't offer tracking but are working to make this standard. If tracking is something you require, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to assist.
